Practice Policies

Payment

We accept credit card, Venmo, or cash or check. Payments are billed weekly. Self-pay sessions are $165/sessions. I have a few sliding scale slots available.

Insurance

We are in-network with many major insurance plans across CO, MT, VT, ID, MA and FL, including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Kaiser (CO only).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a therapy appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. We realize that emergencies do arise (and would rather you stay home if sick). so this fee may be waived on a case by case basis.

Social Media & Telecommunication:

Due to the importance of your confidentially and the importance of minimizing dual relationships, I do not accept friends requests from current of former clients on any social media or networking sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). I believe that adding clients as friends or contacts on these sites can compromise your confidentially and our respective privacy. It may also blue the boundaries of our therapeutic relationship. If you have questions about this , please bring it up when we meet, and we can talk about it!
